KEMITRAAN invites business entities with relevant experience and capacity to submit proposals for the implementation of the Climate School Program and Coastal Climate Resilience Actions by Youth Communities in Pekalongan City.
This program aims to strengthen the knowledge, capacity, leadership, and engagement of young people in understanding climate change risks, as well as designing and implementing adaptation actions in school and community environments.
The selected service provider will be responsible for implementing the entire program series, including the development and finalization of modules together with KOBAR, participant recruitment, implementation of 4 Climate School sessions, mentoring of participant actions, action competition, communication and media engagement, documentation, and reporting.

Contract Value
| The budget ceiling for this assignment is: Rp250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) The proposed fee must include all costs required to complete the assignment and must not exceed the budget ceiling, including VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh). |
Proposal Documents
Prospective service providers are required to submit the following documents:
1. Administrative Documents
- Company profile;
- Completed Vendor Questionnaire; (Attached)
2. Technical Proposal
- implementation approach/methodology;
- workplan and timeline;
- team composition and experience;
- relevant work experience/portfolio.
3. Financial Proposal
- detailed implementation costs;
- taxes and other costs; and
- total proposed value.
Additional administrative documents may be requested during the clarification stage or prior to contract signing.
