Assignment Title
Development of Knowledge Products for the Adaptation Fund Program in Pekalongan.
KEMITRAAN Partnership for Governance Reform has received funding from the Adaptation Fund (AF) for the implementation of the Climate Change Adaptation Program in Pekalongan City and intends to use part of the funds to recruit a consultant to develop knowledge products in the form of a Good Practices Book, a Lessons Learned Book, and a Stories of Change Book. This consultancy includes reviewing program documents, collecting primary data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and limited FGDs, the results of which will be compiled into two publication-ready books. The consultant will prepare the methodology, work plan, and writing outline through an Inception Report; develop full drafts for five Good Practice articles, five Lessons Learned articles, and seven Stories of Change; and carry out finalization of the manuscripts up to the layout stage in accordance with KEMITRAAN’s Branding and Marking standards.
KEMITRAAN invites companies or consulting firms that meet the criteria to submit an Expression of Interest. The consultant is expected to have relevant experience in developing knowledge products such as Best Practices, Lessons Learned, and Stories of Change; understand climate change adaptation issues, livelihood, GEDSI, local governance, and community empowerment; and possess strong qualitative research skills including in-depth interviews, field observations, and data analysis. Companies or consulting firms wishing to participate may submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) / attendance confirmation to join the technical briefing (Aanwijzing) for the assignment as stated in the attached Terms of Reference.
The Expression of Interest (attached) must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents via email to: procurement@kemitraan.or.id with CC to zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id, with the subject line: EOI_AF_[Company Name], no later than 4 December 2025 at 17.00 WIB.
Vendors who submit an Expression of Interest and pass the initial screening will be invited to attend the Technical Briefing / Aanwijzing and will be requested to submit a full proposal.
