Director of Strategic Policy and Knowledge Management
Inda Presanti Loekman is a development professional with over 15 years of experience in managing development programs, with a particular focus on democracy and governance. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Policy and Knowledge Management at the Partnership for Governance Reform (KEMITRAAN), where she oversees strategic initiatives related to policy development, research, and organizational learning. In this role, she leads efforts to build robust assessment methodologies, manage institutional knowledge systems, and share best practices that advance inclusive, transparent, and evidence-based governance.
Her academic credentials include degrees from Universitas Gadjah Mada and VU University Amsterdam, along with specialized training in project management and professional writing. This strong combination of academic insight and practical expertise allows her to design and lead programs that are both contextually relevant and aligned with international standards.
Inda has led and contributed to a wide range of national and international research initiatives, and is actively involved in authoring and editing publications on governance and political rights. Her professional experience across Indonesia, the United States, Australia, and Southeast Asia gives her a global outlook, which she brings to KEMITRAAN’s mission of promoting fair, inclusive, and accountable governance through strategic policy reform and knowledge sharing.
