Director of Strategic Policy and Knowledge Management

Inda is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in program management, nationwide research, and knowledge management, as well as advanced MEL. She is currently the Director of Strategy, Policy & Knowledge Management (SPKM) at Kemitraan – The Partnership for Governance Reform where she oversees strategic planning and the implementation of policies and standard procedures, manages organizational knowledge, ensures effective MEL, captures best practices, and works closely with Finance & Operations to uphold quality assurance of organizational deliverables.

As part of her knowledge management portfolio, Inda has extensive experience in research management, design, and methodology of assessments, studies, and surveys using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches. Her work includes nationwide projects such as the Indonesia Governance Index, Police Governance Assessment, and Climate Change Governance Assessment, as well as sectoral research in health, education, sanitation, and environmental governance.

Her broad exposure to research, technical M&E, and knowledge management—spanning policy to community levels—demonstrates her strong expertise in ensuring quality assurance of results.

Inda holds a degree in Social and Political Science from Gadjah Mada University. She has also participated in several international trainings and assignments, including the Advanced Project Management Course at MDF-Ede in the Netherlands, further enriching her global perspective and professional capabilities.
