The Results-Based Payment (RBP) Green Climate Fund (GCF) Program in Central Sulawesi Province supports efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions through strengthening sustainable forest governance, forest and land rehabilitation (FLR), and the development of information systems that support integrated data management and activity monitoring.
As part of the implementation of the program, KEMITRAAN will conduct the procurement of consultancy services for the development of two web-based applications, namely:
- SiRimbun (Community-Based Performance Incentive System for Forest and Land Rehabilitation), a system for managing community performance-based incentives in forest and land rehabilitation activities; and
- SiMpora (Rehabilitation Tree Growth Monitoring Information System), a system for monitoring the growth of forest rehabilitation plants based on spatial and non-spatial data.
The applications are expected to support transparency, accountability, forest rehabilitation monitoring, carbon data management, and system integration with the Forestry Office of Central Sulawesi Province.
