{"id":12429,"date":"2026-05-15T10:19:56","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T03:19:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kemitraan.or.id\/proposal\/call-for-proposal-pengadaan-jasa-konsultansi-pengembangan-aplikasi-sirimbun-dan-simpora\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T10:35:18","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T03:35:18","slug":"call-for-proposal-pengadaan-jasa-konsultansi-pengembangan-aplikasi-sirimbun-dan-simpora","status":"publish","type":"proposal","link":"https:\/\/www.kemitraan.or.id\/en\/proposal\/call-for-proposal-pengadaan-jasa-konsultansi-pengembangan-aplikasi-sirimbun-dan-simpora\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Proposal \u2013 Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Development of SiRimbun and SiMpora Applications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Results-Based Payment (RBP) Green Climate Fund (GCF) Program in Central Sulawesi Province supports efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions through strengthening sustainable forest governance, forest and land rehabilitation (FLR), and the development of information systems that support integrated data management and activity monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the implementation of the program, KEMITRAAN will conduct the procurement of consultancy services for the development of two web-based applications, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SiRimbun (Community-Based Performance Incentive System for Forest and Land Rehabilitation), a system for managing community performance-based incentives in forest and land rehabilitation activities; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SiMpora (Rehabilitation Tree Growth Monitoring Information System), a system for monitoring the growth of forest rehabilitation plants based on spatial and non-spatial data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The applications are expected to support transparency, accountability, forest rehabilitation monitoring, carbon data management, and system integration with the Forestry Office of Central Sulawesi Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Proposal Submission Method:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your proposal via email to: <a href=\"mailto:procurement@kemitraan.or.id\">procurement@kemitraan.or.id<\/a>, cc to <a href=\"mailto:zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id\">zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id\">niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id<\/a> no later than 25 May 2026 at 15:00 WIB, with the subject line: <strong>\u201cProposal for SiRimbun and SiMpora Application Development \u2013 Company Name\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Required Supporting Documents:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cover letter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company\/institution profile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company legal documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Proposal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial Proposal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work plan and implementation schedule;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum Vitae of experts\/personnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portfolio of similar projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting certification documents of experts\/personnel (if any);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed attached Vendor Questionnaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Proposal Evaluation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals will be evaluated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevance to the scope of work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company experience and capacity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications of experts\/personnel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methodology and work plan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical capability in application development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost efficiency and reasonableness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Clarification and Inquiries<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested parties requiring further clarification regarding the scope of work, technical requirements, or other matters related to this Call for Proposal may submit their questions via email.
