Recruitment General Principles

1. The selection of staff is made without distinction as to race, sex, age, religion/ethnic or disability status.
2. Selection is based on specific criteria set out in the term of reference/job description of the post against the candidate’s competencies, experience and or personality dimensions by interview panel and or professionals having expertise on individual aspects being evaluated.
3. The selection process is made on a competitive basis and open to all qualified Indonesian. Only if there is no Indonesian qualified, international recruitment is conducted
4. The paramount consideration in the appointment of staff ensures the highest standard qualification of staff considering their competencies, integrity and credibility and efficient selection process.
5. Qualified women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. In case of equal qualification, female candidates will be given preference
