Partnership Support for the Implementation of UNCAC Principles in Indonesia

The Partnership sees the ratification of the UNCAC by the Indonesian government as a strategic step towards realizing effective corruption eradication efforts, both at the national and international levels. The UNCAC is expected to provide Indonesia with a better platform in developing a more progressive corruption eradication system.

The Partnership’s support for the implementation of the UNCAC includes the following programs:

• Capacity development programs for corruption eradication institutions, such as the KPK, the Ombudsman Commission, the Government Procurement Agency (LKPP), Natinal Planning and Development Agency (Bappenas), Local Governments and Ministry of Law and Human Rights

• Facilitating the formulation of Bills and Documents related to corruption eradication, such as a Gap Analysis on UNCAC, the National/ Regional Action Plan for Corruption Eradication (RAN-PK/RAD-PK), the Drafting of the Anti-Corruption Court Bill, the Drafting of Public
• Version of Anti-Corruption Court Bill, Independent Report on UNCAC Implementation in Indonesia and the Development of E-Procurement Strategy

• Organizing various events related to the implementation of UNCAC, such as Training for NGOs and Journalists on UNCAC, organizing the Bali Public Forum, involved in the first Conference of State Parties (COSP) and Supported the second COSP
