Achievements:

• Manual guideline on effective management of public complaints mechanism and procedure has been published and distributed to several regions
• 14 MoUs between Kompolnas and its 14 local partners (CSOs, government, academic institutions, and media) have been established
• Effective collaboration between National Police Commission and Indonesian National Police (INP) concerning public complaints and INP future policies. 70% public complaints have been delivered to INP and 60% of them have been followed up since then, during the period of 2007-2008
