Goal : To reform the system and improve the accountability of the
bureaucracy
Project Description : This seminar and workshop series were held as the start-up of the initiation of change management in the Yogyakarta Provincial Government. This event was intended as the main event, gathering the change management and innovation task force as decreed by the Governor through the Governor’s Decree No. 22/TIM/2007.The longterm purpose is to run the change management task force that later will enable public governance reform

Stakeholders involved : This was a limited forum attended by the entire member of TiMPII-DGS and the Heads of Agencies, Bureaus, Divisions, Regional Development Planning Agencies, and a number of NGOs that has been involved in the reform programs, and consultants for government reform efforts.
