CRC: Evaluating Public Service from the Lens of the People

Jakarta, the Partnership. “One of the tools for the prevention and eradication of corruption is the materialisation of a prime or high quality public service marked by the existence of transparency, accountability and participation” stated by Prof. Komarudin, an advisor to the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment (MenPAN). Furthermore, he added that “the CRC method is one of the evaluation tools to measure the degree of public satisfaction towards the public service”.

“In order to rescue the policy of decentralisation that is based on its true essence, the process of rethinking and reshaping have to be applied towards the future paradigm of regional restructuring process” addressed by Mardiyanto, the Minister of Home Affairs, in his keynote speech at the Seminar cum workshop titled the National Grand Strategy of the Restructuring of Regions in Indonesia.

National Seminar: Local Ombudsman and Its Existence

National Seminar of Local Ombudsman has been successfully conducted by Partnership on October 28 2008 in Makassar. The seminar became a communication forum of all local ombudsmen in Indonesia.
