1 Introduction
In accordance with the agreements on verification of the Financial and Administrative Framework Agreement (‘FAFA’) signed between the European Community represented by the European Commission and the United nations (‘UN), a verification team of Commission representatives carried out a verification visit at the United Nations Development Programme in Indonesia (further referred to as ‘UNDP’) from 20 – 24 March 2006. The subject of the verification visit was the programme ‘‘Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia’. This was foreseen in EuropeAid’s Annual Audit Plan 2005.
