Organizational Context
With support from Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in 2010 the Partnership will start a program, entitled Leveraging Education and Accountability Program in Indonesia (Lead Indonesia Program). The LEAD Indonesia Program is developed to meet the following objectives:
1. Establishing substantive democracy through political reform and education.
2. Promoting and facilitating the institutionalization of integrity system and fulfillment of right to basic services
3. Consolidating and deepening the design and implementation of policies on decentralized governance.
Under this LEAD Indonesia Program, the Public Service Governance Cluster (PSG) will be responsible in the implementation and management of the objective 1. Two components in objective 2 are (1) Scaling-up and cascading eradication of corruption systems and strategies (SUCCESS), and (2) Procurement Reform and Integrity System Enhancement.
The key components under Objective 2 of the LEAD Indonesia Program are also in line with 1st intent of area 2 Improvement on the System and Structure of the Civil Service Systems that are identified under the PSG strategic plan.
To ensure the successful management of the LEAD Indonesia Program, and to that the need for reporting and administrative services are well prepared with effective & efficient manner, the Partnership intends to recruit 1 Project Assistant (PA) for the Integrated System and Anti Corruption Program.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Program Officer of Integrity System and Anti Corruption Program-Public Service Governance (PSG), the Program Assistant will be responsible to provide administrative support to the program/projects team and she or he will be responsible to ensure effective implementation of program/project activities as per the agreed plan and budget by referring the recent Standard Operational Procedures on reporting and financial services of the Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia (PGRI). In executing the daily task the Program Assistant will also cooperate with staff of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation department of PGRI to organize Project Tracking System for Integrity Projects.
The Project Assistant must promote a client, quality and results- oriented approach in the Partnership.
