The Partnership’s operational and programming team includes 74 staff members based in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Aceh and Papua. 43 % are core staff and the remaining 57% are project staff. Their diverse skills, multi-discipline academic backgrounds, and professional exposure to national as well as international working environments collectively pools many years of governance-related management and programming experience, creating a workplace of extraordinary productivity and initiative.
