Established in 2003, the library was originally intended to record and collect the Partnership’s and grantees’ publications. However, today it serves a much broader public, with a collection that covers anti-corruption, decentralization & autonomy, civil service reform, security and police reform, legal and judicial reform, and representation reform.

The library is open to the public but does not provide a loan service.
