The Partnership’s operational and programming team includes 79 staff members based in Jakarta and Papua. 33 are core staff and the remaining 46 are project staff. Their diverse skills, academic backgrounds, and exposure to national and international working environments pools many years of governance-related management and programming experience, creating a workplace of exceptional productivity and initiative. A solid organizational structure reinforces the organization’s work ethics and values.
